The characters can either be saved as a note or they can be copied and pasted into another application. If drawn correctly, weeWrite recognizes printed capital letters and lowercase letters. WeeWrite is not perfect, but it does give the user an alternative to the virtual keyboard for entering text. </p> <p> To use four tablet screen: <ul> <li>To create a capital (uppercase) letter, press the CAPS button before drawing the letter.</li> <li>Draw each letter in the box as large as possible. When you are finished drawing the letter, begin to draw your next letter in the adjacent box. The previously drawn letter will be converted and appear in the text box.</li> <li>Draw letters in the boxes moving from left to right, top to bottom</li> <li>Skipping over a box causes a space to appear between converted characters</li> <li>If a mistake is made while drawing a letter, then press the Clear button</li> </ul> </p> <p> To use one tablet screen: <ul> <li>To create a capital (uppercase) letter, press the CAPS button before drawing the letter.</li> <li>Draw each letter in the box as large as possible. When you lift your finger, weeWrite analyzes what has been drawn and determines if there are multiple possibilities for what has been drawn. If multiple possibilities exist, then a gray box is drawn around the character. The user must draw within the gray box to complete the character.</li> <li>Drawing anywhere within the whitespace causes weeWrite to convert what has been already been drawn into a character, and begin drawing for a new character.</li> <li> A list of possible matches appear below the drawn character.
